Ragtime

I began working on Ragtime on the 8th September 1998 completing bars 1-32. The piece then remained in my sketchbook for the next eight years until I decided to revamp the piece and complete it. The rest of the piece was completed on the afternoon of the 2nd of March 2006. The piece was always intented for young people to play who are learning their instruments (around Grades 2-3) and fancy learning something fun. The 1998 manuscript shows a clarinet rather than an oboe, but after transposition, the parts are interchangable.
