Heaven

"Heaven" is a power ballad that was first released in 1983 by Bryan Adams. After its re-release in 1985 the single hit the charts and became Adams' first number-one on the United State also reaching Np.38 in the UK Singles Chart that year.

I have made two arrangements of this song. The first (Jan. 2004) was created for Furze Platt Senior School's Chamber Choir and is scored for SSA & piano. In August 2005, the arrangement was modified to SATB for Voices Anon.

The arrangement retains on the songs original features but with an abridges ending.

The first verse is sung by a soloist with the full SATB joining in chorus. The second verse is sung by SSA with the men joining the chorus again. The bridge is performed by SSA with the other voices joining once again for the chorus.
