Lean
on Me
Bill
Withers
It
was not until he was 33 that Bill Withers overcame a bad stutter and
went on to become a singer-songwriter with several gold records. Bill
recalled:"In the early days none of us were really making much
money, and we came to depend on each other for favours. From this sentiment
he composed the 1972 R&B classic: Lean on me.
This
arrangement of Lean on Me was completed for Voices Anon and The
Furze Platt Senior School Chamber Choir.
